Now that the entire Luzon is on enhanced community quarantine, the streets have been quiet, people have been staying in their homes, and most establishments have temporarily postponed their services. However, those that offer essential necessities including banks have remained open in order to continuously serve the people. Most have adjusted bank operating hours to comply with the curfew and implemented safety measures. If you are curious about which branches are still continuing their operations, check out the list below. Links to information on their branches and bank operating hours are also provided.
1. BDO
BDO will truly find ways for you.

In a social media post, BDO has announced that some of their branches in Luzon will remain open, and ATMs and Cash Deposit Machines will remain functional. 2. BPI
Here’s a complete list of fully-operational BPI branches in Manila.

The Bank of the Philippine Islands has released a list of selected operational branches around Luzon on their Facebook page. Their ATMs, CAMs, BPI Online, and BPI Mobile App will also continue to be of service. Check out the list of these branches.

3. Bank of Commerce
The Bank of Commerce will continue to serve the people.

For these Bank of Commerce branches, it will be business as usual but with shortened hours. Branches not included in the list will remain closed until further notice. Their banking hours will be from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You may still also use their ATMs as well.

5. Metro Bank
Metrobank releases a new list everyday, so visit their page more often to stay updated.

In observance of the enhanced community quarantine, Metrobank has also closed some of its branches, but others will still be open. These banks will be operational from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only, and clearing for all local checks is at 1:00 PM and in-house checks at 3:00 PM. 6. Philippine National Bank
PNB wants to put you and your health first.

The Philippine National Bank also assured its clients that some of their branches will still be business as usual. Their branches will be open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM as well, and the check clearing cut-off will be at 12 Noon. PNB has also announced that there will be a 30-day payment extension for all PNB credit cards with due dates from March 18 to April 15, 2020. The bank will also be waiving transaction fees for InstaPay and PesoNet transactions until April 15, 2020.

Security Bank released its complete list of operational branches in Luzon on their Facebook page. They also announced that branches in Visayas and Mindanao will also observe the shortened banking hours which is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only. 8. Landbank
Landbank truly wants to help you grow.

Several Landbank branches in Luzon and the Metro will remain open, but will follow strict safety measures. The bank will also be releasing subsequent client advisories on selected branches around the National Capital Region and Luzon which will be closed until further notice. 9. Development Bank of the Philippines

The Development Bank of the Philippines has also released a list of operational branches with an adjusted banking schedule in order to make way for necessary disinfection and sanitation. Their electronic channels including the 837 ATMs will also remain available.
All RCBC branches in Visayas and Mindanao will be business as usual.

RCBC has also shortened their banking hours until 3:00 PM only. A list of selected branches that will remain open can be found on their website.
11. Union Bank
Union Bank will still serve your banking needs.

If you ever need to leave home to do banking, UnionBank will leave some of their branches open to cater to your needs. The bank will be limiting the number of people who can be inside the branch to observe social distancing. Their operational schedule will be from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 12. CitiBank
CitiBank also encourages clients to make use of their website and mobile app.

In an advisory, CitiBank assured the public that they will continue to be of assistance with their banking services. In compliance with the safety measures, the bank will continuously disinfect all machine PIN pads, handrails, and common areas of their branches.
