Ilocos Sur is no short of stunning landscapes and breathtaking beaches. Heritage parks and attractions usually come to mind when you think of Ilocos Sur, but there are also natural wonders in the province worth checking out.

This tourist spot lets you take a good view of the mountain ranges in the area but what makes the Skyline View Deck popular among locals and tourists is the sea of clouds that engulfs the mountains during early and late mornings.

Skyline View Deck is best visited at 5:00 AM if you want to see the famous sea of clouds (also depending on the weather of your trip). In case you didn’t make it to witness the sea of clouds, you can marvel at the view of Quirino with your loved ones. There are nearby stores at the Skyline View Deck so that you can have a mini breakfast picnic. Camping grounds are also available for rent for those who want to stay longer.
