In recent years, we have seen condominiums in Cebu City change the landscape of the Queen City of the South. These real estate developments are one of the signs of a strong economy in Cebu. While most of these condominiums are high-rise buildings, there are a number of low-rise condominiums in Cebu as well.
Many of these low-rise condominiums are easy on the budget. They meet a growing demand for living spaces among millennials living in Cebu.
The following is a list of five low-rise condominiums in Cebu City meeting the housing needs of people living in the city.
