Flair Towers is a two-story high rise condo in Metro Manila project of DMCI Homes. It has three function rooms for you to choose from: the North Ground Floor, South Mezzanine, and the South Ground Floor.

Between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, their North Ground Floor function hall, which can accommodate 120 people, can be rented at PhP7,840 for the first three hours with a succeeding hourly rate of PhP1,500. Between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, it can be rented for PhP8,960 for the first three hours, with a succeeding hourly rate of PhP1,500. Their second function hall, the South Mezzanine, can house 100 people and has the same rates as the North Ground Floor function hall.

Meanwhile, their South Ground Floor function hall, which can accommodate 60 people, has a rate of PhP5,600 for the first three hours and a succeeding hourly rate of PhP1,200 between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Labelled as “the Metro’s first exclusive club in a condo,” Admiral Baysuites’ Grand Function Hall is situated at the 8th floor of their East Wing. While it is meant to be exclusive for the condominium’s tenants, non-tenants may also avail of their function hall as long as they are endorsed by a unit owner. The hall contains 12 ten-seater tables and has a standing capacity of 400 people. It can be rented for PhP5,000 for the first three hours, with a succeeding hourly rate of PhP1,000. PhP500 will be charged every hour if you wish to set up before the event, and a security bond of PhP3,000 should be paid beforehand.

Where: Dr. Arcadio Santos Avenue, Parañaque City

Located near SM City Sucat, Field Residences has a function hall that can house 200 guests. The hall, which measures 375sqm, includes a mini kitchen which can be used by the caterers. Field Residences tenants can rent the function hall for PhP9,500 with an additional PhP2,300 every succeeding hour plus a security deposit of PhP5,000. Meanwhile, non-tenants are charged PhP12,000 plus the same exceeding hour rate and security deposit fee. The rates entitle two hours of ingress, four hours for the main event, and one hour for egress.

Where: Acacia Avenue, Taguig

Acacia Estates’ Filipiniana-inspired Casa Real function hall consists of two event spaces: 334-sqm Cuadrilla Function Hall which can seat 80 people and 250-sqm Solariega Function Hall which can accommodate 130. Both event spaces can be rented for a 4-hour event with 3 hours for ingress and 1 hour for egress.

Cuadrilla Hall can be rented for PhP17,500 on weekdays and PhP25,000 on weekends with peak rates set at PhP30,000. Meanwhile, Solariega Hall can be rented at PhP17,000 on weekdays and PhP20,000 on weekends with a fixed peak rate of PhP28,000. Both halls require a reservation fee and a security deposit of PhP10,000 each.
