5 New Condo Developments in Metro Manila This 2018

In this day and age, thanks to overpopulation it has become difficult to own a home inside the city with your own parking lot, front porch, and backyard. Fortunately, that problem has been well-compensated by the condo developments sprawling everywhere in Metro Manila. Aside from safety, these spaces also offer additional advantages, such as convenience and accessibility to its residents.

So if you’re looking into the market and searching for your next condo or just want to keep your options open, here are some of the condo developments in Metro Manila to look out for this 2018.



1. Asteria Residences

Developer: DMCI Homes
Location: San Pedro Street, San Antonio Valley 2, Barangay San Isidro, Sucat, Parañaque

The last two buildings of Asteria Residences will be completed by the first half of 2018.


Asteria Residences, the newest venture for DMCI Homes, is primarily targeted for young families who want to own their very first home at a sustainable price. Composed of seven buildings, this mid-rise condominium complex is set to turn over its last two buildings Heather and Cersis on March 2018 and June 2018 respectively.

Both buildings have six residential levels and one basement parking each. Future tenants can choose from two units: a three-bedroom end unit with an approximate gross floor area of 87.50 square meters with a price range of PhP4,182,000 to PhP5,164,000 and a two-bedroom inner unit with an approximate gross floor area of 64.5 square meters ranged between PhP2,768,000 to PhP3,619,000.


2. Avida Towers Vita

Developer: Avida Land
Location: Barangay Bagong Pag-asa, Vertis North, Quezon City

Avida Towers Vita is conveniently located near commercial infrastructures, medical facilities, and educational institutions.



Situated in the most populous city in the country, Avida Towers Vita has easy access to commercial centers such as SM North EDSA and Trinoma , schools such as Ateneo de Manila University and University of the Philippines Diliman, and hospitals such as East Avenue Medical Center and Veterans Memorial Medical Center.

By February 2018, the third tower of the Vita condominium complex will be completed. There are three unit types to choose from. A studio unit with a 20.87 square meter area is priced at PhP2,500,000 to PhP2,900,000. A one-bedroom unit with a 34.80 square meter area is between PhP3,000,000 to PhP4,500,000. And a two-bedroom unit with a 56.36 square meter area is priced between PhP5,000,000 to PhP8,000,000.




3. Grace Residences

Developer: SM Development Corporation
Location: Cayetano Boulevard, Barangay Ususan, Taguig City

SMDC’s Grace Residences has three pre-existing towers before Violet namely Orchid, Lily, and Tulip, respectively.



Despite being close to the Makati Central Business District and Bonifacio Global City, SMDC Grace Residences promises a peaceful, stress-free escape from the hustle and the bustle that comes with living in the metro. They also push for their tenants to maintain active and healthy lifestyles so some of the condominium amenities include swimming pools, a gym and fitness center, a jogging path, an outdoor basketball court, a meditation area, and yoga areas as well.

Violet, Grace Residences’ 19-floor tower, will be for occupancy by June 2018. It offers four available unit types. A one-bedroom unit with a 31 square meter area has a total amount payable of PhP2,806,275. A one-bedroom with balcony unit with a 23.36 square meter area has a total amount payable of PhP2,021,370. Finally, a one-bedroom end with a balcony with an area of 26.02 square meters has a total amount payable of PhP₱2,269,515, while the same unit but with an area of 29.92 square meters has a total amount payable of PhP2,721,075.




4. Verve Residences

Developer: Alveo Land
Location: 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Verve Residences will be situated right at the heart of Bonifacio Global City.



Set up to be Bonifacio Global City’s third residential tower, Verve Residences by Alveo Land offers a lifestyle of modern and artistic fusion. Being located at the “home of passionate minds,” business establishments, retail centers, and recreational venues are all within reach of Verve Residences.

Its first tower will be ready for turnover by the third quarter of 2018 and has four units for future tenants to choose from: studio unit, one-bedroom unit, two-bedroom unit, and three-bedroom unit. The studio unit has a 40 square meter area starting at PhP5,500,000; the one-bedroom unit has a 50 to 60 square meter area price starting at PhP7,100,000; the two-bedroom unit has a 80 to 105 square meter area price starting at PhP14,500,000; and the three-bedroom unit has a 119 to 121 square meter area price starting at PhP21,200,000.


5. Brio Tower

Developer: DMCI Homes
Location: Barangay Guadalupe Viejo, Makati City

Brio Tower has seven units for its future tenants to choose from.



Boasting of resort-like amenities at the center of a major city, Brio Tower is a single tower, high-rise residential condominium with 30 stories and 746 units available. Ready for occupancy by October 2018, Brio Towers has practical facilities such as a convenience store, laundry station, and water station.

It has seven units to choose from, some of which are a one-bedroom unit with an approximate gross floor area of 24 square meters priced between PhP2,822,136 to PhP3,150,000; a one-bedroom end unit with balcony with an approximate gross floor area of 36 square meters priced between PhP3,137,917 to PhP3,260,000; a one-bedroom unit with a balcony with an approximate gross floor area of 45 square meters priced between PhP3,207,639 to PhP3,260,000.

In addition to those mention, there are also two models of a two-bedroom unit with balcony depending on the layout of the room, both with an approximate gross floor area of 57.50 square meters priced between PhP5,309,351 to PhP6,080,000 and PhP5,220,667 to Php6,000,000; a two-bedroom unit with balcony with an approximate gross floor area of 58 square meters priced between PhP5,108,000 to PhP5,880,000; and a three-bedroom end unit with a balcony with an approximate gross floor area of 84.50 square meters priced between PhP 7,151,000 to PhP 7,850,000.
