Project Announcement: Second tower in Avida’s Cloverleaf launched

Avida launches its second multi-tower residence in Cloverleaf in Balintawak, Quezon City. It is designed with a shared parking podium near Ayala Malls.

Tower 1 units were all sold out and set to be completed in the second half of 2019. Meanwhile, the newly launched second tower offers 848 units. It has the following room types with their corresponding floor areas: studio, 23 square meters; junior one-bedroom, square meters; one bedroom, 33 to 37 square meters; and two-bedroom, 52 square meters. Units in Tower 2 range in price from PhP4.1 million to PhP9.9 million [1].

Amenities to enjoy in both towers are landscaped garden spaces, a clubhouse, a swimming pool with lap pool and children’s pool, a playground, and an indoor gym. High-technology facilities like occupancy sensors with lighting control are also placed in some areas of the towers. A rainwater harvesting feature, wherein rainwater is collected and used for non-potable purposes like watering landscaped spaces, is also incorporated in the design. To maintain its aim of higher sustainability, Tower 2 will incorporate a green building design.

The two towers are accessible through public transport from NLEX to Quezon City, Andres Bonifacio Avenue, and EDSA. The location is also close to other business centers in the city.

Poised to be a premier business district of the North, the township allots a six-hectare portion for the Shophouse District to become the center of entrepreneurial ventures. It will provide a wide area wherein entrepreneurs have the freedom to develop their business plans.

An events trade hall and an outdoor amphitheater will also be found in Capital Town. These function areas are designed for Kapampangans to showcase their fine brand of craftsmanship.

Meanwhile, the first residential development to rise in the center of the township is Chelsea Parkplace. This 12-story condominium development was recently launched. It is inspired by the iconic neighborhood of Chelsea, New York, so design and details were taken from the charming brownstone apartment buildings of Manhattan.
