Project Announcements

Construction giant SM Development Corporation launched Lane Residences, its first-ever condominium project in Davao City that provides ease of access to its clients’ every need [1]. Located in San Antonio Agdao within the SM City Lanang Premier complex, SMDC’s Lane residences is close to Davao International Airport and Seaport and offers various facilities such as a multi-purpose hall, covered basketball court, swimming pools, and picnic and playground areas. First Anchor Land condo to be built in Davao

Venturing for the first time outside Metro Manila, real estate company Anchor Land Holdings Incorporated announced the construction of its 28-story residential condominium in Davao City [2]. The two-tower 202 Peaklane, dubbed as “Posh Southern Living,” promises business-forward prospects and future-ready living spaces to the underserved market in the southern metropolis. The high-rise property is a welcome change in the ever-evolving landscape in Davao City, as it provides and extends beyond the needs of its target market: the aspirational and always-on-the-go members of the city.

It will have sustainability features that include the use of energy saving LED lights in common areas and dual flush type water closets for common toilets. There will also be a roof deck garden, as well as its own Material Recovery facility for waste segregation and recycling.
