The real estate industry in the country still consistently contributes advancements through state-of-the-art properties that adopt new technology. Project Announcements

Megaworld pushes technological campaign via The Albany

Award-winning property giant Megaworld is continuously innovating its ‘iTownships’ campaign. Their newly announced property development located at McKinley West in Fort Bonifacio, The Albany, adapts to the global standards in terms of technology.

This low-rise residential tower is composed of 64 spacious units. Each unit is designed to have its own private balcony. It features various unit types, including a two-bedroom unit with a size of 123 square meters and a four-bedroom suite with a size of up to 349 square meters. Strategically located beside the upscale Forbes Park and McKinley West Village, residents will enjoy the luxurious lifestyle that goes with the neighborhood.

With its smart home technology, The Albany equips each unit in the two-clustered residential estate with a full home automation system. It will be activated via a smart home display panel at the entrance by using a mobile app. Residents at The Albany can open or close their units through the touch button. They may also adjust the lighting set-up in various parts of their house and adjust the thermostat to control the ventilation of air-conditioning systems even they’re away from home. To access the property, residents will also have their own private key cards. The property’s turnover date is set on December 2021 [1].

Fun living experience for yuppies at the Green 2 Residences

In Dasmarinas, Cavite, Green 2 Residences, a three-tower high-rise residential condominium building of SMDC, is set to rise [2]. This project development caters to young professionals and students who are looking for an exclusive and upscale living experience. The property features many lifestyle amenities to provide homeowners with modern comfort. It is also just a few meters away from schools, churches, hospitals, and commercial centers.

Land and sea living at Nasacosta Resort & Residences

Property developers Sta. Lucia and the Jaka Group teamed up to create Nasacosta Resort & Residences, a beachside living community located in Nasugbu, Batangas. Nasacosta Resort & Residences features a condominium named The Peak, a residential lot named The Ridge, and a condotel named Nasacosta Hotel.

It has pathways and trails to provide relaxing leisurely walks to the homeowners. It also features amenities like view decks and a garden roof deck overlooking the beach. There is also a spa and a beach club with swimming pools which guests are welcome to access [3].
