Zadia Tower 2 in Greenfield City launched

Equus Property Venture Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenfield Development Corporation, proudly announced the launch of a second tower of Zadia. Tower 1 units were sold out quickly due to increasing demand for growth expansion in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, where the condominium is located [1]. “Greenspiration” will be the highlighted lifestyle and it provides of a combination of two contradictory but complementary qualities: a serene, nature-inspired space with the benefits of living in a metropolitan area.

Residents can relish nature both indoors and outdoors since 80% of the 36,000-square meter area is allocated for green sceneries. They can also luxuriate in club houses and lobby areas. Meanwhile, each cozy room has a balcony that will let residents bask in the glory of sunlight and moonlight backdrops. Sports enthusiasts can also gather and play in spacious areas like the indoor/outdoor basketball and tennis courts. Zadia also offers a swimming pool and a pool deck to add to the ambience.



Located at the heart of Greenfield City, Zadia is closely established near Paseo, Laguna Central, and Arcadia. Residents can easily access restaurants, bars, cafes, and outlets stores.


Cebu Landmasters begins hotel projects

Property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is launching a hotel brand that targets the middle-class market. It is set to launch the first project this year. The Patria de Cebu Hotel will be located in front of the cathedral within the 6,670-square meter Patria de Cebu property in downtown Cebu. CLI already signed a lease agreement with the Archdiocese of Cebu for PhP900M.

The hotel will have 160 rooms and a ballroom that can fit up to 500 guests. Along with this project, CLI is also launching three other hotels: Citadines Bacolod, Citadines Paragon, and Mactan Hotel. These hotels are included in its 29 planned operations worth P25 billion. In addition, CLI’s other ventures are 7,517 condominium units, 111 hectares of house and lot packages, and 161,034 square meters of gross rentable areas [2].
