Flood-Proof Condos in Metro Manila for a Worry-Free Life in the City
Condos shouldn't only provide security, they should also be flood-free!

The process of picking condos can be quite tedious. While buyers may have some basic considerations covered – floor size, building amenities, security, and proximity to places – some factors aren’t as obvious and often asked. One such factor, in fact, can be as fickle as the weather: is this condominium flood-free? Which then makes you ask the important question: are there even flood-proof condos in Metro Manila?
In a country known for its shifty climate, our living spaces have to, quite literally, be able to weather the storm. Hence, whether the condominium is flood-prone should figure into the factors we consider when buying a condominium unit. To have a better idea, here are a handful of flood-proof condos in Metro Manila!
1. One Shangri-La Place Ortigas

Bonifacio Global City is another bustling district in Metro Manila that’s famous for fending off floods due to its meticulously built flood catchment basins and floodwater control systems. This is the kind of peace of mind that residents of 8 Forbestown Road sleep with.
