Saucy Ways to Enjoy Chicken Wings

Mando’s Wingshack’s menu has flavors from all over the world.

To stay true to their motto, “Let’s get messy,” Mando’s Wingshack equips you with gloves and lets you dig into their savory chicken wings with your hands. The sauce options will excite you, and here's why: the choices cover Mexican, Korean, American, and Filipino flavors! In total, the menu features 12 options. What's great about it is that while your hands would get deliciously messy, your budget won't—for a half serving of Chicken Wings, you only have to dish out PhP169, and for a full one, only PhP329.

To get started, you can try the familiar Filipino flavors of the Filipino Pride, which is inspired by Bacolod's chicken inasal (grilled chicken). The HCP, on the other hand, is a sweet and salty flavor combination that uses honey, calamansi, and patis (fish sauce). Mando’s Wingshack also offers classic chicken wings flavors such as Salted Egg, G-Parm (Parmesan cheese), and Soy Garlic.

The HCP is one of the most popular flavors among customers.

For barbecue with a twist, try the Beer BBQ, which has a familiar smoky and sweet taste but a hint of beer —looking for something sweet and savory? The Pacific Asian’s well-fused Oriental-inspired sauce is not to be missed! Mando’s Wingshack’s chicken wings signature Triple Spice Rub is another satisfying flavor, packed with herbs and spices.

The Sweeracha is sweet and spicy.

There are four spicy chicken wings sauces from Sweeracha, Spicy K-Town, Buffalo Wings Style, and The Scorching Sili for those who want to feel the heat. The Sweeracha boasts a balanced mix of honey and Sriracha sauce and is perfect for those who only want mild heat. Meanwhile, try the Spicy K-Town for something Korean, mixing Korean-style chicken with pepper sauce. Next is the Buffalo Wings Style, the restaurant’s take on the classic buffalo wings sauce, prepared with spiciness. If these three chicken wings sauces are too mild for you, test your limits with The Scorching Sili, a red hot chili garlic pepper sauce.

The Scorching Sili will make you reach for water.

Need more heat? You can increase the spiciness levels of Mando’s Wingshack’s signature sauces with Ghost Pepper (Level 2) and Carolina Pepper (Level 3). Meanwhile, if it's non-spicy oomph you want for your meal, try dip choices such as Blue cheese, honey mustard, spicy mayo, and aioli (garlic sauce). The peppers are sourced from local farmers in Baguio and Cotabato.

Mando's Wingshack has a packed menu, but it doesn't end with the buffalo wings flavor—they also have a secret menu that features three chicken wings flavors: Peanut Glazed, SSS (Sesame, Soy, and Seaweed), and Coco-Racha. So if you're down for a plateful of wings that other diners won't have, order these. And if you're in for platefuls, go on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as these are the days when Mando’s Wingshack offers an unlimited chicken wings promo. Now you know when the best days are for a wings craving!
