Attention, eco-conscious fashionistas: you can now help the environment in style! Uniqlo released stylish eco-friendly bags in a minimalist style that easily goes with any outfit. With its lightweight fabric and portable design, you can conveniently bring this eco-friendly bag while you shop. The best thing about it? It’s also wallet-friendly! For only PhP109, you can get a piece from Uniqlo outlets nationwide.
The bag is part of the Japanese fashion brand’s initiative in reducing waste production. Known for its keenness in producing long-lasting pieces, Uniqlo promotes sustainability. This is not the brand’s first effort in being eco-friendly; in 2019, they replaced plastic bags with paper bags.
This coming April 1, 2020, Uniqlo Japan will require all their customers to bring reusable bags when shopping in their stores. Uniqlo Philippines has yet to announce if they would follow the same practice, but using this eco bag is already a step in making shopping eco-friendly.
