The San Roque Chapel, built in the 1800s, is a testament to the area's rich history. This beautiful chapel was erected as a spiritual haven for Spanish sailors and Filipino converts who lived near Subic Bay, then known as Subig.

Over the years, the San Roque Chapel has become a part of the community, attracting locals and tourists who marvel at the stunning architecture and soak up the peaceful atmosphere. St. Therese of the Child Jesus Chapel proudly holds the title of the first diocesan shrine in the area. But it's not just a place of worship; it also serves as the diocese's first-ever youth center, catering to the spiritual and pastoral needs of the community's young members.

This Holy Week 2024, you can participate in the chapel’s activities: Anticipated Mass and Blessing of Palms at 6:30 PM on March 23; Blessing of Palms and Sunday Mass at 9:45 AM on March 24; Visita Iglesia from 8:00 AM to 12 MN and 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on March 28; Station of the Cross at 2:30 PM on March 29; and Easter Sunday Mass and Easter Egg Hunt at 10:00 AM on March 31.
