Cavite is full of developments that will benefit residents’ safety, shopping, and lifestyle. For one, kids are still not allowed to go outside of their residences despite the IATF's latest policy. In addition, registration for the national ID is now accessible through Portal Mall General Mariano Alvarez. Lastly, a famous bakeshop opened its first drive-thru and take-out nook in Imus.


Lockdown News


Kids are still not allowed to go outside in Cavite.

According to the latest announcement by the national Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), children five years old and above are still not allowed to go outside. Since Cavite and Laguna are under GCQ with heightened restrictions, the new policy would not be in effect [1]

Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque announced last July 9 that children aged five and above are now allowed to go outside their residences and enter establishments in areas under general community quarantine and modified general community quarantine.



Philsys registration now opens at GMA.

Residents can now register for the Philsys national ID through the newly opened Philsys Registration Center in Portal Mall General Mariano Alvarez. The center 2s opened last July 12 [2].


Shopping News


Conti’s opened its first drive-thru store in Cavite.

Caviteños, with sweet tooth and pastry cravings, can now get their favorite sweets from Conti’s through the new drive-thru store located along Anabu Road in Imus. The drive-thru and take-out nook opened last June 22, 2021, and features various pastries and cakes.

The nook is Conti’s Bakeshop and Restaurant’s 50th store in the country. The company also plans to put more drive-thru stores since most physical stores and restaurants operate at limited dine-in capacity. Deliveries are also available.
