Danjugan Island is a project of The Philippine Reef and Rainforest Conservation Foundation, Inc. (PRRCFI). The island has two sides: the Moray Lagoon Camp and the Typhoon Beach facing Sulu Sea. Only one side, the Moray Lagoon Camp, has mobile service. The 43-hectare island and marine conservation site in Cauayan is primarily a marine reserve and wildlife and secondarily a travel destination. Among the activities you can do here are bird watching, kayaking, sailing, trekking, scuba diving, and snorkelling.
Their Discover Danjugan package (PhP1,250) offering includes a three-hour guided tour which includes activities like snorkeling, skin-diving, kayaking, birdwatching, and trekking, as well as boat transfers from the mainland and back. There are also day trip (PhP1,950), overnight stay at Moray Lagoon Camp (PhP2,950), and overnight stay at Typhoon Beach (PhP3,950) packages. Overnight stays at both Moray Lagoon Camp and Typhoon Beach are inclusive of accident insurance. Note that the island is run on solar power so energy conservation is observed in the island.
