Bacolod Tattoo Fest is a tattoo competition that gathers the best tattoo artists in Negros Island. The 6th tattoo fest is a two-day competition on separate weekends. The first day of the competition will have colored and black and grey categories where pre-made designs will be judged. For the second day, tattoo artists will be given an on-the-spot design—the best out-of-the-box art wins.
