If you are craving pancit guisado (rice noodles with soy sauce), lomi (thick fresh egg noodles), steamed siomai (steamed Chinese dumplings), and lumpia shanghai (spring rolls), Apollo Restaurant is the place to be, as it serves these dishes hot to your table. Also, a specialty and must-try is the restaurant’s Bird’s Nest, a soup with vegetables and quail egg.

To date, the restaurant has six branches in Bacolod, including Hilado Street, Cuadra Street, 888 Chinatown Square, Lopues’ East Centre, Paseo Verde Mandalagan, and Goldenfield Commercial Complex.
