This family-run business offers authentic Chinese dishes that have been operating for over 50 years now. If you are craving pancit guisado (rice noodles with soy sauce), lomi (thick fresh egg noodles), steamed siomai (steamed Chinese dumplings), and lumpia shanghai (spring rolls), Apollo Restaurant is the place to be, as it serves these dishes hot to your table. Also, a specialty and must-try is the restaurant’s Bird’s Nest, a soup with vegetables and quail egg.
To date, the restaurant has six branches in Bacolod, including Hilado Street, Cuadra Street, 888 Chinatown Square, Lopues’ East Centre, Paseo Verde Mandalagan, and Goldenfield Commercial Complex.

This homegrown restaurant in Bacolod is well known for its Sate Babe (PhP155), Mongolian Bowl (PhP250), and Baby Back Ribs (PhP320). Now that it is open for dine-in services, you enjoy the popular unlimited Mongolian Bowl for lunch or dinner!

The well-loved restaurant conquered the pandemic and continues to serve abundant seafood and meat selections to its patrons. They have gone a long way since the ’90s and remain to be one of the pioneers of turo-turo style, wherein customers decide from the selections and have the cook prepare it however they want.

One of the oldest homegrown restaurants to date, Roli’s Diner in Bacolod continues to be open to diners amid the pandemic. Perfect for snacks after errands in the afternoon, the restaurant is particularly known for its chicken sandwich and “Bijon Malabon.”
