The business process outsourcing (BPO) industry in Cebu may have contributed much to the local economy, but it has also resulted in an increasing number of stressed-out BPO employees. While companies have set up programs to help their personnel manage stress, sometimes the unwinding needs to be done outside—away from the workplace.

One of the quickest getaways for city dwellers to spend some time for relaxation is their friendly neighborhood spa. A spa is a place where the health and appearance of customers are enhanced through exercise and relaxation. Cebu has seen an increasing number of massage and spa shops opening all over the island. The following are some of the newest massage and spa shops in Metro Cebu.

Cebu Healing Point Massage is the only massage shop in the Queen City of the South to use pure essential oils from Arabica coffee beans for an anti-cellulite body massage.
